Daily Itinerary
Day 1 August 1 – Depart the USA*
Day 2 August 2 – Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet your driver/guide before transferring to the African View Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 3 August 3 – Tarangire National Park
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before driving to Tarangire National Park for a game-viewing drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then continue for an afternoon game-viewing drive. End the day in Karatu Highlands for dinner and your overnight stay at Country Lodge.
Day 4 August 4 – Ngorongoro Crater/Central Serengeti National Park
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge in the morning. Drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day crater tour. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then proceed to Serengeti National Park, arriving in good time for an evening game drive. Continue to Ang’ata Serengeti Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 August 5 – Central Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of unlimited game viewing in the Central Serengeti. All meals and your overnight stay are at Ang’ata Serengeti Camp.
Day 6 August 6 – North Serengeti National Park
Enjoy breakfast at the camp in the morning. Drive to North Serengeti with a game-viewing drive en-route. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing to North Serengeti for an evening game drive. Continue to Kirurumu Serengeti North Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 August 7 – North Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of unlimited game viewing in the North Serengeti. All meals and your overnight stay are at Ang’ata Serengeti Camp.
Day 8 August 8 – Central Serengeti National Park
Enjoy breakfast at the camp in the morning. Drive to Central Serengeti with game drive en-route. Have a picnic lunch together before continuing to Serengeti Pure Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 9 August 9 – Karatu Highlands
Enjoy breakfast at the camp in the morning before a morning game drive in Central Serengeti National Park. Drive to Karatu via Ngorongoro before checking into Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 10 August 10 – Depart
Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely morning relaxing at the lodge. Drive back to Arusha and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight.
Day 11 August 11 – Return Home
Return home with incredible memories of your time in Tanzania!*
