General Lynch graduated from West Point Academy. After commanding engineer and tank units, he was promoted to Brigadier General in 2001 and served forces around the world including 2 infantry divisions, Kosovo Forces, and Joint Force Command Naples. After 15 months of service in Iraq, he commanded III Corps and Ft Hood, TX before finishing his distinguished military career as Commanding General, Installation Management Command and Assistant Chief of Staff, Installation Management. He transitioned to become Executive Director of the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute. General Lynch is now CEO of R Lynch Enterprises, LLC and consults, coaches, and makes presentations on adaptive leadership. He has written 2 books with the latest titled Work Hard Pray Hard: The Power of Faith in Action.
