Day 2 September 6 - Continue Flight to Melbourne

Day 3 September 7 – Melbourne
Arrive in Melbourne, where you will meet your local guide and private motorcoach. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy free time to explore the city at your leisure. Overnight at Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne for two nights.
Day 4 September 8 – Mornington Peninsula & Frankston Heritage Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, travel to the Mornington Peninsula, Port Phillip Bay, and Hastings Pier, the site of the early 1840s church missionaries’ arrival. Visit the original historic lighthouse once operated by the Squires family, an early RLDS family, then continue to Arthur’s Seat with optional visits to Seawinds Gardens or the Arthur’s Seat Eagle Gondola. In Frankston, visit the Frankston Historical Society and Ballam Park Homestead, exploring the museum and viewing the original portico from the historic RLDS church. Enjoy afternoon tea and fellowship with Victoria church members at the Frankston Community of Christ before returning to Melbourne for an overnight rest. (B)
Day 5 September 9 – Melbourne to Sydney
Following breakfast, transfer by motorcoach to the airport for your flight to Sydney. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Sydney or rest. Overnight at Novotel Sydney City Centre for three nights. (B)
Day 6 September 10 – Sydney City Tour
After breakfast, depart by private coach for a guided sightseeing tour of Sydney, visiting The Rocks, South Head, Bondi Beach, Kings Cross, Rushcutters Bay, Double Bay, Circular Quay, and Darling Harbour. Enjoy a lunch cruise on Sydney Harbour followed by a tour of the Sydney Opera House before returning to the hotel. (B, L)
Day 7 September 11 – Blue Mountains
After breakfast, meet your local guide and travel to Blue Mountains National Park. From the village of Leura, continue to Katoomba to enjoy panoramic views over the Jamison Valley and the Three Sisters rock formation. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Scenic World before returning to Sydney for the evening. (B, L)
Day 8 September 12 – Travel to Forster, Tuncurry
After breakfast, visit the historic cemetery to see the gravesite of Charles Wandell and the location of the historic Dremoyne congregation. Continue along The Lakes Way Drive through the scenic Mid North Coast, with views of Pacific Palms, Smiths Lake, and Booti Booti National Park, with a potential rest stop at Seven Mile Beach trail. Arrive in Forster–Tuncurry and travel to Tiona Holiday Park to meet the Green Cathedral Ministries team for a walking tour featuring Tiona Chapel and the Green Cathedral. Return to Forster for the evening. Overnight at Dorsal Boutique Hotel for two nights. (B)
Day 9 September 13 – Continuing Sites at Tiona, Tuncurry, Forster
After breakfast on your own, return to Tiona Park for Sunday morning worship. In the afternoon, travel to Tuncurry Church for evening worship and visit John Wright Park, named after the town founder and early RLDS member who built the Tuncurry Community of Christ church.
Day 10 September 14 – Travel to Brisbane
Early morning departure for Newcastle for your flight to Brisbane. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Grand Chancellor Hotel, Brisbane.
Day 11 September 15 – Travel to Cairns
Flight from Brisbane to Cairns. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Crystalbrook Flynn for two nights.
Day 12 September 16 – Great Barrier Reef Cruise
After breakfast, embark on a full-day cruise with Quicksilver to the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef. View coral and marine life by glass-bottom boat or optional snorkeling (not included), with lunch and return coach transfers included. Return to the hotel for the evening. (B, L)
Day 13 September 17 – Full Day in Kuranda
After breakfast, depart for a full day in Kuranda, beginning with a visit to Freshwater Station and a Scenic Railway journey to the rainforest village. Visit Rainforestation Nature Park for a Dreamtime walk with a local guide and a live Pamagirri Dance Show, followed by a BBQ lunch. Return to Cairns via the Skyrail and transfer to the hotel. (B, L)

September 5 – Arrive at Uluru
Upon arrival at Ayers Rock Airport (AYQ), transfer by private coach to your hotel in Yulara (hotel check-in from 3:00 pm). Travel to Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park to explore Kata Tjuta (the Olgas), walking deep into the gorge to experience the vast landscape. On the return to the hotel, stop for views of Kata Tjuta and the surrounding sand dunes before visiting the Cultural Centre to learn about Anangu history, law, language, and art. In the evening, enjoy a one-hour camel ride through the red sand dunes to watch the changing colors of Uluru and Kata Tjuta at sunset while skilled cameleers describe the flora and fauna of the outback. Overnight at Desert Gardens Hotel for two nights.
September 6 – Uluru
After a full breakfast at the hotel, tour the base of Uluru, including the Mutitjulu Base Walk leading to a special waterhole and inspiring views at Kantju Gorge. In the evening, experience the Sound of Silence Dinner, beginning with hotel pick-up and transfer to a remote desert location with majestic views of Uluru. As the sun sets, enjoy the music of a didgeridoo and gourmet canapés before a three-course buffet infused with bush tucker flavors. September 20 – Auckland, Hobbiton & Rotorua
After a full breakfast at the hotel, depart for Hobbiton Movie Set (approximately a 3-hour drive) to enjoy the Hobbiton Movie Set Tour, including the Marquee Festive Feast. Continue to Rotorua, where you will enjoy sightseeing at the Lakefront and Government Gardens upon arrival. Check in at Rydges Hotel Rotorua (Superior Room or similar).
