Friends in Christ,
I am delighted to welcome you to explore our Wesleyan heritage as we travel to England. As United Methodists, we are followers of Jesus in the Wesleyan way. John and Charles Wesley presented a way of discipleship focused on grace and growth in grace and love. It is a way of discipleship bringing together a warm heart, a keen mind, and a faith determined to be lived out in service. We would love to have you join us as we go to where this all began. We will explore sites important in the lives of the Wesleys and of the people called Methodists. This will be a unique opportunity to deepen our faith in Jesus Christ and grow in our understanding of following Jesus in the Wesleyan way – a Spirit-empowered way that loves boldly, serves joyfully, and leads courageously.
