EO Celebrates 35 Years in the Holy Land

"I was in Israel for a week. These pictures were taken at the 35th Anniversary Celebration on January 28th. While I was in Israel, I went everywhere, including Bethlehem and Jericho which are in the West Bank. Jerusalem is the safest city. We have never had one incident there and I feel safer in Jerusalem than I do anywhere in the USA."

On January 28, 2009, over one hundred and twenty people gathered at the Olive Tree Hotel in Jerusalem for the Celebration of EO's 35th Anniversary in Christian Travel. The evening brought together Muslims, Jews and Christians. The event was festive and highlighted the legacy EO has of being a facilitator of peace by bringing people together.
