Day 1 Depart the USA
Day 2 Arrive in Barcelona
Your pilgrimage begins as you depart the USA and arrive in Barcelona. Time permitting, take a panoramic tour of Spain's 2nd largest city before embarking on the Brilliance of the Seas.
Day 3 Cannes, France (On Own)
Explore the celebrated city of Cannes with a visit to the Festival Palace, Le Suquet (Old Quarter) or the palm tree lined La Croisette boulevard filled with world famous hotels and boutiques. You may also choose to travel along the scenic French Riviera to Monaco's beautiful capital of Monte Carlo. Visit the Prince's Palace Square, before you explore the Grand Casino. If you would like to relax and enjoy scenery, travel to Nice and visit their Flower Market and tour the Old Town before stopping for cappuccino and pastries in one of Nice's fine cafes. Shore excursions are booked through Royal Caribbean.
Day 4 Florence & Pisa, Italy
Day 5 Christian Rome
Explore Rome’s illustrious history and spiritual legacy on a guided tour of the Vatican and ancient landmarks. View the Vatican Museums’ remarkable artwork collection, admire Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel frescos and roam sacred St. Peter’s Basilica. Then drive to the Colosseum and Roman Forum for an exterior view before visiting St. Peter’s in Chains Basilica and Michelangelo’s Statue of Moses.

Day 8 Athens & Corinth, Greece
The architectural splendors of the ancient city of Athens are as magical as ever. View the world renowned Acropolis, the Propylaea, and the Parthenon. Time permitting, view Mars Hill where Paul debated with the intellectual community of his day. Walk among the ruins of the Agora, the ancient market place and center of Athenian public life. You will view the Olympic Stadium, home of the Olympics. Travel to Corinth (Acts 18), a city that inspired St. Paul's most familiar letter. You will visit the Archaeological Museum, the Market Place, and Temples. Walk among the ruins and stand on the Bema where Paul stood. Read Paul's letter to the Corinthians and visualize his address to the Gentiles as he began the task of building Corinth's church.
Day 9 Ephesus, Turkey
Drive to Ephesus, the marble city where Paul spent three years of his ministry. The ruins of Ephesus have been restored much like the city was in Paul's time. You will visit the ancient Agora and view the Great Theater. View the terrace houses, also known as "the houses of the rich," which give a true impression of the ancient lifestyle. Also visit the Ephesus Archaeological Museum for a look at some of Ephesus' most prized artifacts.
Day 10 Santorini, Greece (On Own)
Disembark in Santorini, one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands. Its picturesque whitewashed villages with brilliant blue domes dot the cliffs overlooking the Aegean Sea. The island itself perches on the edges of a volcano whose eruption 3,500 years ago is thought to have led to the collapse of the Minoan civilization. Travel to Akrotiri to see a Bronze Age village buried by a volcanic eruption and then excavated in modern times. You may also choose to visit Perivolos' black sand beach to enjoy the sun and the waves. Shore excursions are booked through Royal Caribbean.

Day 12 Valletta, Malta
Paul was shipwrecked on Malta around 60 AD (Acts 9). Visit the Upper Barracca Gardens (on foot) and enjoy a panoramic view of Malta's natural harbors and the historic cities of Senglea, Cospicua, and Vittoriosa. Explore St. John's Co-Cathedral. Don't be put off by its somewhat plain exterior. The Interior of the Cathedral is lavishly decorated in gold, silver marble and vibrant paintings including Caravaggio's masterpiece, The Beheading of John the Baptist, the only work the painter ever signed.
