  1. Day 1 - Depart USA

    Your amazing journey begins as you depart the USA.

  2. Day 2 - Arrive Tel Aviv

    You'll be met by our airport representative and transferred to your hotel.

  3. Day 3 - Sea of Galilee

    Travel to Capernaum, the center of Jesus’ ministry in the Galilee. Visit the synagogue which stands on the site where Jesus taught. With Bible in hand, cross the waters of the Sea of Galilee aboard a Kinnereth Sailing Company boat. Along the way, participate in a special on-board worship service. At Kibbutz Nof Ginnosar, learn about the “Ancient Boat”, a rare example of the kind of boat in which Jesus would have sailed. Travel to the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus preached to the people (Matt. 5-7). At Tabgha, the traditional location for the calling of the disciples and the feeding of the 5000, visit the Church of the Fish and the Loaves (Luke 9:10-17). Visit the Chapel of the Primacy where three times Peter professed his devotion to the risen Christ (John 21). At the River Jordan, remember your baptism in the Yardenit Baptismal Site.

  4. Day 4 - Nazareth, Megiddo, Caesarea

    Nazareth is Jesus’ boyhood home (Matthew 2: 23). Visit the Church of the Annunciation where the Virgin Mary learned she would conceive a child. Travel the ancient caravan route to Tel Megiddo where twenty different cities lie superimposed upon each other. Visit the Roman Aqueduct and Theatre at Caesarea, a center of the early Christians. Here, Cornelius became the first Gentile convert to the new religion (Acts 10) and Paul was imprisoned before being taken to Rome for trial.

  5. Day 5 - Jericho, Qumran, Bethlehem

    From Jericho, you can see the traditional site of the Temptation of Jesus (Matt. 4: 1-11). Even today, the road from Jericho to Jerusalem twists for miles as it climbs from below sea level into the Judean mountains. Jesus traveled the nearby Roman road, the setting of His parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10: 30-36). Visit Qumran, site of the Dead Sea Scrolls discovery, to discuss the mysterious community of Essenes who once lived on the shores of the Dead Sea. Travel to Bethlehem where you will visit the cave revered as the place where Jesus was born (Matt. 1: 18 - 25; Luke 2: 1- 7). The church, which was constructed on the site, is the world’s oldest functioning church. Nearby you will view Shepherds’ Field where the Good News was first heard.

  6. Day 6 and 7 - Jerusalem

    From the Haas Promenade, enjoy a view of the south of Jerusalem, the Old City walls and the hill called Mount Moriah where Abraham was commanded by God to offer Isaac as a sacrifice. View the Kidron Valley and the Valley of Gehenna. Stand atop the Mount of Olives as Jesus did and enjoy a remarkable view of the “Golden City” of Jerusalem, including the Temple Mount and Dome of the Rock. Forty days after his resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven from the Mount of Olives. Visit the Chapel of the Ascension. Pray in the Garden of Gethsemane as Jesus prayed. On Mount Zion, visit the House of the High Priest Caiaphas where Jesus was imprisoned for a night. Stand in the Upper Room, revered as the place of the Last Supper. View the site of King David’s Tomb. Visit the Southern Wall Excavations of the Temple including the Teaching Steps and the Western Wall. Walk the Cardo, the ancient main street of the Old City once lined with shops, now partially restored. View the Pool of Bethesda where Jesus performed the Sabbath miracle, and sing a hymn in the Church of St. Anne. Visit Herod’s Antonia Fortress where Jesus was brought before Pontius Pilate. Walk the Via Dolorosa, “the Way of the Cross”, and stand in reverence at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Travel to Ein Karem, known as the birthplace of John the Baptist and the place where the Virgin Mary visited Elisabeth. Visit and worship at the Garden Tomb, possible site of the garden of Joseph of Arimathea and experience the reality of the Resurrection. Your afternoon is free for exploring.

  7. Day 8 - Day of Leisure with Optional Masada Tour

    Enjoy a day of leisure to explore on own or take an optional visit (additional cost) to Masada. The spectacular mountaintop fortress was built by Herod and famous as the last stronghold of the Jewish Rebellion against the Romans. Ride the cable car to the top to explore the fortress. Peer down upon the remains of the Roman camps and siege ramp below. On the way back to Jerusalem, stop at the shores of the Dead Sea, lowest spot on earth, where those who desire may take a quick dip in the Dead Sea.

  8. Day 9 - Fly to Munich

    Time permitting, you will have time to explore Munich. The enchanting Glockenspiel is the symbol of Munich. Enjoy exploring the pedestrian shopping district and viewing the Renaissance City Hall, the Opera House and the Hofbrauhaus. Travel to your hotel for overnight.

  9. Day 10 - Castles & Churches

    Today is full of photographic wonders. You will visit the beautiful Abbey of Ettal and the picture-perfect Church in the Meadow at Wies. You will tour the magnificent Castle of Linderhof, Mad King Ludwig’s main residence. This small royal residence is a delightful fantasy home for any crazy king or up-and-coming mogul. Perhaps you will take a few ideas home for your next remodel!

  10. Day 11 - Day of Leisure with Passion Play Option ($298)

  11. Day 12 - Innsbruck

    The capital of Austria’s Tyrol region, Innsbruck is famous as the site of two winter Olympics. Follow your guide through the quaint medieval streets of Old Town to the sparkling Golden Roof. The glittering sloping roof has been an opulent landmark since the 15th-century. You’ll view Maria Theresa’s Imperial Palace, the Triumphal Arch and visit the Hofkirche. Plus, you’ll have time to explore the medieval city on your own.

  12. Day 13 - Salzburg

    Enjoy a musical adventure as you explore the city of Mozart’s birth, Salzburg. You’ll visit the Cathedral and famous Horse Fountain. You’ll view Hellbrunn Castle, Mirabell Palace and -- from across the river -- see Leopoldskron Palace which is famous as the film location for the “Sound of Music”.

  13. Day 14 - Italy and Brenner Pass

    Have your camera ready as you travel through the breathtaking Brenner Pass. Winding for 12 miles, the pass was once an important Roman road and was later used by Germanic tribes as they invaded Italy. The pass still connects Austria with Italy and takes you to Bressanone. The historic city of Bressanone was founded in 910. Today its quaint beauty entices residents and visitors to linger. You’ll enjoy a stroll past magnificent architecture and visit some of the town’s famous landmarks, including the elegant Cathedral which was begun in the 10th century and rebuilt many times.

  14. Day 15 - Day of Leisure with Optional Tour of Neuschwanstein Castle ($88)

    Take a photo stop at fairytale Neuschwanstein, the castle that inspired Disney. Then make your way up the steep rampway to the drawbridge and enter the beautiful castle. This optional tour, while popular with visitors, requires you to to be in good physical condition as there are many steep stairs and inclines.

  15. Day 16 - Return Home

    Return home to enjoy great memories.
